In the Andean tradition, the Capaq Raymi, is associated with the great December solstice, it is a period dedicated to the hierarchies of this dimension (kay pacha) oriented entirely to the celebration of the Apu Inka, date in which great rituals, ceremonies and fasts were performed for the encounter and connection with deities such as Wiraqocha, Pachacamaq, Pachamama and the Apu Inti, with the participation of Andean priests such as: the willka-umas, the chacarunas, hampicamayoc, yatires, paqos, altomisayoc, pampamisayoc, etc.

Where?

This diet retreat will take place in the wonderful valley of Machupicchu (Mandor). Located between the mountains of Putucusi and Waynapicchu, surrounded by lush vegetation, and the magic of the sound of water, rivers, sunlight, birds, fresh and pure air, silence, tranquility and well-being.

Itinerary

DAY 01 ARRIVAL TO CUSCO.

Transfer to the city centre of Cusco to the vortex of the golden ENERGY and ask for leave for the START of our pilgrimage and sacred journey.

- After lunch, we continue our journey to the Sacred Valley of the INKAS ollantaytambo, to take our train to the town of Machu Picchu.
Overnight in our spiritual centre Inti Wasi.

DAY 02 MANDOR 1 CAmPAMENT AND CEREMONY

- Meditation with the four directions, physical, mental and emotional cleansing and purification, lunch at midday with diet for the medicine and then a two-hour hike to our ceremonial centre in the Mandor Valley.

Rest and in the evening, first ceremony with the plant.

DAY 03 MANDOR 2 CAMP AND CEREMONY.

- Early in the morning: Take our medicine or diet plant AND then integration meeting to evaluate our ceremony of the night before.

Diet breakfast.relaxation walk.
Lunch.

In the afternoon: flowering baths with mountain plants.rest and in the evening: second ceremony with the master plant.

DAY 04 return to machu picchu.

- Very early in the morning, third ceremony of the day.

Closing of our diet.

Return to our Inti Wasi centre.

DAY 05 free day

- Free day at the hotel, optional visit to the thermal baths, relaxation, meditation, etc.

DAY 06 machu picchu

- Departure after breakfast, early start of the hike with the grandfather's medicine (wachumo).

Meditation work of contemplation of nature, sound, silence, colours, light and purification.

Return to the hotel Inti Wasi.Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 07 machu picchu

- After breakfast, guided visit to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, meditation walk in its main altars and connection with its main vortexes and symbols of power, the language of its history of thousands or millions of years.

In the afternoon return to the hotel. Overnight at Inti Wasi.

DAY 08 return machu picchu - cusco

- In the morning return to the city of Cusco, visit in transit PISAQ
Overnight in the city of Cusco.

DAY 09 cusco all day

- Guided visit to Sacsayhuaman, the great gateway to the centre of the Andean world, equinox ritual with the rising of the sun, meditation with the grandfather's medicine, Andean offering to close and give thanks for our sacred journey.

Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 10 cusco trekking

- In the morning meditation walk through the streets of Cusco and its main attractions.

Afternoon free.

Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 11 Cusco - Lima

- Transfer to the airport, two hours before your flight.
